Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it by our production partners (Printful and Printify). Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and then your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. A few items (for example the woven blanket) may be available to the USA only; each product page shows where it ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate per production partner shipment, shown in your cart in Canadian dollars (CAD) before you pay. Items made by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Delivery times
After production, delivery usually takes about 3–10 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to you by the fulfilment partner once your order ships. If you have not received tracking after 10 business days, email [email protected].
Duties and taxes
Prices are in CAD. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect or refund packages that are returned because of an incorrect address.
